SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post . Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Freighting is covered by insurance, however once signed for this insurance is void. Make sure all items are checked prior to signing for them. We selling Australia only. Orders can not be sent to Parcel Lockers.

Cabinets and Hoods

Some items for example Frozen Foods cannot be sent.
Live fish and Live plants can not be sent.
Ask for delivery cost prior to puchase from Tasmania, NT and WA, may vary.
WARRANTIES
All warranty issues are handled by ourselves in Australia. Any item that is subject to a warranty claim will need to be returned to us by the customer (at their cost) in order for us to process a claim with the manufacturer.
REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do
