The Mara Rocks Sulpher Crest Cichlid comes from Mara Rocks in Lake Malawi, Africa. This fish lives in very shallow, rocky habitats, unique for Protomelas species. Peacocks make a good addition to most any community Lake Malawi aquarium, as they will generally get along with most other Lake Malawi species.
